Why the name "Vallien Fulki"?

The prefix Val- was inspired by a Steam Deck Giveaway name. (Very random I know LMAO)Of course I needed to be more "original", so I made up the suffix -lien.
I do this sometimes with OC names too, with making up letter combos.
EX: Rozan (Rose) (Removed -se, Added -zan)Fulki means Spark.
